Personal History OOC: This NPC is to be a botanist to tend to the needs of the new character Ivy Sharzin.

Peter grew up on Earth in a single parent family. It was just him and his Mom. Mom and Dad had married, but it was only for the official nature of Peter's birth. Jacque Ward had fallen in love with Rose on a trip to Earth. They had a wonderful summer together. At the end of 3 months Jacque went home to Betazed.

It was a compllex situation between Jacque and Rose. In the end it was decided that they marry for the sake of he unborn child, but Jacque would leave Rose and return to his world without them.

Peter grew up in a very small apartment with just his mom. His Grandma Ruth came over to help take care of him while his mom was at work.

His mother dreaded the possibility of Peter developing extra-sensory powers as most Betazoids could. She had no experience with them and had no idea on how to guide him. He had been tested twice while growing up and once more prior to entering Starfleet. They were both very lucky that Peter never developed any ability.
